If your order is not delivered within 90 days, we will:

b) cancel the order;
c) provide a full refund.
📦 Need to Receive the Item by a Specific Date?
If you need to receive the item by a specific date, we recommend placing your order in advance and choosing an express shipping method. Please note that even with expedited service, we cannot guarantee delivery by the specified date.
If the order is not delivered by the specified date, we will not be able to issue a refund during the delivery process. You need to return the package to us to receive a refund.

The prices of all items on our website do not include customs duties, local taxes, or any other import fees. This means that you may need to pay related taxes when you receive the package.
Once your order arrives at the destination country, local customs may impose import taxes, duties, and other fees. These fees are borne by the buyer, and the specific amount is determined by the customs department of the destination country.
Please note that we cannot control or predict these costs and are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance. If your country has complex customs clearance procedures (such as the EU, UK, etc.), it is recommended that you check the local customs regulations in advance to reduce customs clearance delays.
🔔 Special Reminder: Customers in the UK, Belgium, Poland, Spain, Germany, Luxembourg, Austria, Sweden, and Hungary are advised to choose standard shipping to avoid higher import taxes.
⚠️ Important Tips
Please make sure your street address is entered correctly. We do not support delivery to PO Box/APO/FPO addresses.
If no one signs for the package, the logistics company will leave a pickup card and try to deliver it again on the next delivery day. If the second delivery fails, the package will be returned to the logistics warehouse at the buyer's expense. Any return or re-delivery due to delivery failure may incur additional shipping costs, and we may deduct part of the shipping costs from the refund. 🛑 Package Lost/Damaged in Transit
If the package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. We provide a claims process, but the final solution depends on the carrier's insurance policy and guidelines.
